Spiritual Teacher The spiritual teacher has a key role in Tibetan Buddhism. He is an instructor, a friend and a spiritual support. He is also an experienced guide who knows the way and can advise and support us. But more than anything, his presence is a constant inspiration and example, and the living proof that Buddhahood is possible. The Power of Lineage Within the context of Tibetan Buddhism, the importance of lineage extends far beyond the ordinary sense of a particular line of inheritance or descent. Lineage is a sacred trust through which the integrity of Buddha’s teachings is preserved intact as it is transmitted from one generation to the next. Therefore, albeit having received teachings from authentic teachers doesn’t say anything about somebody’s spiritual realization, tracing someone’s line of transmission still is paramount. Main Teachers Teachers from whom I received the most teachings, instructions, and empowerments Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche Rinpoche was one of the greatest Lamas of our time and I had the chance to receive many teachings and empowerments from him. Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche Khyentse Rinpoche was another of the greatest contemporary Lamas. I received many teachings, instructions. and empowerments from him. H.E. Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche Rinpoche is the grandson of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. His kindness, wisdom, knowledge and relaxed way of being are the signs of a truly great being. H.E. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche Rinpoche is one of my main teachers. His simplicity, wonderful sense of humor, and “easy going” way are very endearing, and a sign of a truly great being. Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche Kyabje Rinpoche was a very close disciple of both Dudjom Rinpoche and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. I also had the great fortune to receive many teachings and empowerments from him. H.E. Mindroling Khandro Rinpoche Her Eminence Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche was born as the eldest daughter of Kyabje Mindrolling Trichen. I received teachings and empowerments from her and feel great respect and devotion. Khenchen Pema Sherab Khenchen Pema Sherab is considered to be one of the most erudite teachers of the Nyingma school. I received from him teachings on the Madhyamika deep philosophical texts. Taklung Tsetrul Pema Wangyal Rinpoche Pema Wangyal Rinpoche was recognized at an early age as one of the two incarnations of Taklung Tsetrul Rinpoche. It was under his direct guidance that I did the 3 years retreat. Other Teachers I also received teachings and transmissions from a number of other teachers, among which: H.H. Dalai Lama XVI Karmapa XVII Karmapa Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche Nyoshul Khenpo Khetsun Zangpo Rinpoche Trogawa Rinpoche Taklung Matrul RInpoche

["post-2277","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry","entry
["GET
